Main Garden View House:

Upstairs: 1 bedroom, sleeps 9
Downstairs: 1 bedroom, sleeps 4
Total capacity: 13 guests
Small Garden View House:

1 bedroom, sleeps 2
Large lawn for group activities
Breakfast included
